Emotional support

We understand that one shoe does not fit all, your needs are at the heart of all the work we do.

We create a safe and neutral place for you to voice your concerns, offload your worries, and manage your emotions.

The support you need is all made available at your pace and in your time.

Please contact us for more information.

One to one support

We offer one to one support to everyone seeking help from our services.

This is an opportunity for you to meet with a member of our team and discuss the concerns you have around alcohol and drug use within your family. We will help you to identify what support you feel is right for you.

Contact us to arrange an appointment at a venue of your choice, where you feel most at ease. This could be at home, in our offices, in a community venue or online.

Group support

Whatever challenges you are facing, it is always worth remembering you are not alone and someone else may have similar experiences and feelings to you.

We encourage people to learn from one another and share experiences. We provide regular opportunities for people to support each other in a relaxed setting.

We offer both educational and social groups which are facilitated by an experienced family intervention worker or trained volunteer. Our team will help you identify the right support for you.

Contact us today and we will help you to identify the best support for you and your family.

Make time for YOU

Caring for someone who uses alcohol or drugs can have a huge impact on your life; emotionally, mentally, and physically. We know how demanding caring can be and actively encourage taking time out.

Taking a break gives you time to look after yourself and stops you becoming exhausted and run down. Taking time for you enables you to recharge your batteries, re-energize yourself to approach situations positively and helps you to support your family member effectively.

We believe that self-care is not an optional extra. It is vital that you take the time to look after YOU. We provide different opportunities to enable you to do so, including:

  • Health and wellbeing days
  • Art sessions
  • Fun events
  • Trips out

We also can help you to discover and try out new hobbies and interests online or in your own community.
